Component “HCFC Phase Out in HVAC&R”
About
HCFC phase out in the sectors of refrigerating (domestic, medical or sales) and HVAC equipment manufacturing is carried out in cooperation with equipment manufacturers, industry associations, self-regulating organizations and training centers. Within the framework of this component, 8-10 production facilities will migrate to ozone-friendly refrigerants and foam agents through purchase of new and modernization of existing equipment.
One of the main project constituents is mandatory certification and professional development of technicians who work with refrigerants.
