Participants and partners
The regional center is to become the space for the win-win partnership between governmental authorities, business, educational institutions and trade associations.
Through participation in the center’s activities, private companies will, inter alia, get the chance to exhibit their goods and services and take part in equipment test and verification programs.
International non-governmental organizations, associations and educational institutions associated to the refrigeration and air-conditioning sectors may employ the center as a means to stimulate development and introduction of environmentally safe and energy efficient technologies, improve level of proficiency of specialists, and enhance public awareness.
Preliminary agreement regarding participation in the center’s operation was achieved with Danfoss and Rossoyuzkholodprom.
Danfoss
Since 1933 the company has turned into an international group with products—equipment for refrigeration and air-conditioning systems—offered in 100+ countries. Its 72 manufacturing enterprises are located in 20 countries, headquarters in Nordborg (Denmark).
In Russia, Danfoss has been working since 1993. Its manufacturing locations can be found in the Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod oblasts.
Rossoyuzkholodprom
The Russian Union of Refrigeration Enterprises (Rossoyuzkholodprom) was established in 2003.
Its members are Kholodprom, a scientific and industrial association of refrigeration producers, Kholod-Byt, an association of manufacturers of domestic refrigeration appliances, scientific, design, educational, organizations, including universities’ refrigeration equipment departments, domestic leading engineering companies.
It is planned to involve in the operation of the center a number of companies — Chemours (DuPont), Honeywell, Mexichem, Daikin, Emerson, Gree, Midea, Nord, Ostrov, GodrejGroup, GEA Refrigeration, Bitzer, Mayekawa, JohnsonControls, TodsManufacturers, REFCO, Ekotez, Unicorn, — and international and national organizations, research and educational institutions: AHSRAE, IIR, Centro Studi Galileo, Eurammon, AHRI, IOR, JRAIA, City and Guilds.
